Warm up before going into the water
Surfing is a demanding sport, so take a few minutes to warm up. At Wavy Surf Camp we never skip it.
Know your limitations
If you are a beginner then be careful, try to avoid the busiest places, it is highly recommended that you start having surf lessons at a surf school or surf camp. This rule is very important for you and for all the surfers around you.
Priority
If two surfers are paddling to catch the same wave, the surfer closest to the peak is the one that takes priority.
Be patient and wait for your turn
Wait for the appropriate time, that way you won’t slow down your companions and everybody will have fun catching a good wave.
Do not obstruct
This surfing rule is very important. Try to not interfere in the trajectory of the waves of other surfers.
Do not lose your surfboard
Be sure that your surfboard is attached very well to your ankle. A loose surfboard could hurt you and all the people around you.
